This is my shop-made disc sander. It is a piece of 3/4 in. plywood with a 1/4 in "ring around the edge then a 1/4 in disc on top. The sanding radius is adjusted by tightening or loosening a small nut at the very center. The sander is used to sand the edges of the sides with the front and rear blocks and the kerfing installed for a perfect fit with the top (30') and back (25') curvature.
